Lynne Hume, Ph.D., is a cultural anthropologist whose interests range from religion, spirituality and consciousness studies, sensorial anthropology, to the religious body and how it is adorned and decorated. Her current research project is an Autoethnography of Anthropological Fieldwork. She has also published a historical novel, based on in-depth research on convict women sent to Van Diemen's Land.
