About the PA
Engaging the study of psi (or 'psychic') experiences
The Parapsychological Association is an international professional organization of scientists and scholars engaged in the study of psi (or ‘psychic’) experiences, such as telepathy, clairvoyance, psychokinesis, psychic healing, and precognition. First established in 1957, the PA has been an affiliated organization of the American Association for the Advancement of Science since 1969.
Mindfield Bulletin
The Mindfield Bulletin features news from laboratories and researchers around the world, columns from the PA President and Executive Director and bibliographies of articles relevant to parapsychology.
Events
The PA hosts a number of events, both online and in person, public and members-only, including conventions, symposia, monthly online networking events, and student meetings.
Awards
The PA honors scientists, scholars, and students with its career and book awards, as well offering travel support for students to conventions and a modest fund for supporting research.
